We have worked with plastic and rubber molders, electronic assembly operations, casting, machining, component assembling, mining, and computer systems ranging from SAP to PC-MRP. We have worked on Distribution, Logistics, Purchasing, Warehousing, Inventory Management, Quality, Finance, and Human resource projects. We have done audits for Finance, Osha, CTPAT.
We have worked in EU and NAFTA Logistics and Supply Chain Management and linking them with Japan and China. We understand the value of flowing material and information around the world.
We teach and train employees for companies. We are rated as Master Instructors by APICS. We write our own training material to fit the clients needs or we can pull training from APICS, ISM, AME, or other organizations to bring the workforce up to a standard that can be benchmarked.
